I believe every birth is a miracle. For 9 months you have been nurturing and caring for your child in utero. The next step in this incredible journey is to achieve the best birth possible for you. I know this is very special time for each couple. I recognize that birth is a life changing experience for the family, and that you will remember this time for the rest of your life. As a birth doula I provide support before, during and immediately after your birth. I know it can seem like there are an overwhelming number of decisions to be made about the birth of your child. My goal is to empower you and your partner to make informed choices about the birth of your child. I meet with you before your birth and explore the many options available to you. My job is provide you with information, support, resources, warmth and comfort. I offer non-judgmental support in all types of birth. I will remain with you throughout labor and delivery providing you with continuous nurturing encouragement and reassurance. I want this to be an incredible experience for you and your baby. I want you to look back and feel you did the best possible job. I would be honored to support you through this amazing part of your journey.
