My mission is to provide continuous support, encouragement and reassurance to the birthing woman and her partner. For her to come away from her birth feeling loved, supported and cherished. I want the birth partner to feel empowered and informed. It is my hope and desire to help women learn to trust their bodies and become self-reliant and confident about birthing their way. I believe that knowledge is power. Using my own experiences and the valuable information taught by experienced professionals I know I can help make your birthing time comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. I have given birth to three beautiful children. With my first two births I chose to have an epidural to help with pain management. Both experiences were great. However, when I found out I was expecting a third child I knew I wanted something different. I began to research Hypnobabies. I ended up taking a class and prepared throughout my pregnancy for an enjoyable, pain free birth. I listened to positive affirmations daily that boosted my confidence in me, my body and my ability to birth my baby. Each birth transformed me into who I am today.
