It has been a passion from a very young age to be with women in labor and birth. I have been a certified doula with DONA since 1998. I have experienced and enjoyed home and hospital births. The various births have included natural, breech, narcotic, epidural, planned and unplanned cesarean, emotional and physical abuse, multiples and even adoption!

As a Certified Massage Therapist since 1996 , I specialize in prenatal, labor/birth, infant, and even postpartum massage! My table has belly/breast cut outs, so mommies can lie face down and enjoy a wonderful massage!

My main goals are:
• To help the labor and birth be the most positive experience for you.
• To include the father (or other support persons) in the labor and birth as much as you would like them to be involved.

In addition to the regular doula services, there are two areas I feel are vital in a better and more rewarding birth. Charting the labor and birth on paper and photography, which can be tailored to your wishes. These will bring lasting memories of the wonderful experience in giving life to your newborn(s).

It is an absolute joy to work with women and their families in their childbearing years.
